Brad’s first job was in retail and has spent nearly his entire life working in the retail and ecommerce field. Brad’s experience ranges from a store manager of a brick-n-mortar store to big box omnichannel retails such as JCPenney, Havertys, Floor & Décor, Office Depot, Carhartt, Soccer.com, Implus Brands, Sportmart/Sports Authority, L-Brands and Macys.
Brad looks at how Retail is changing quickly, and not just in terms of what is being sold. How products reach consumers, who those consumers are, and how they pay are all important changes which should be discussed and acted upon now if retailers want to stay competitive in the near future and continue to focus on the shopper. Brad leads the retail practice at RMI and sits on the Agency Council of several different retail partners.
